A visit to the Christmas Barn this December is a treat for all the family. Our displays of lighting, traditional decorations, wreaths, mistletoe and ivy along with some wonderful gift ideas are sure to get you in the festive mood. There’s plenty of free parking right next to our outdoor selection of ‘pick-your-own’ and Christmas potted trees and the entrance to The Christmas Barn itself.
The Christmas Barn offers something for everyone. Children are always delighted to visit Santa Claus in his Grotto. Santa is with us on the first (1st and 2nd) and second (8th and 9th) weekends in December. Prices are £10 a child adults can purchase a hot drink, mulled wine or a mince pie on the day.
There is a selection of Christmas gifts for the home and garden available in the barn including light-up reindeer and penguins, planters and terracotta ornaments. You can visit the barn or buy online in our Christmas Shop Here
We have thought about the layout of The Christmas Barn to make it easy to access and ideally suited to mobility scooters, wheelchairs and buggies.
Real Christmas Trees – Your Christmas
Centrepiece A Beautiful Tree is a True Festive Focal Point; Be Proud of Yours.
At Grange Farm Christmas Barn, we’ve been planting and growing our own Christmas trees for over 25 years. Our 15-acre plantation starts right next to the Christmas Barn, so our trees are about as fresh as it’s possible to be. We grow five different types of tree, in a range of sizes, ready for you to pick each day.
A typical 6foot tree will be six years old. Some of our very large trees up to 11foot tall, used in large luxury properties, hotels and stately homes, are as much as 15 years old.
You can’t just plant a sapling, leave it for a few years, then cut it for Christmas. As they grow, our entire stock of trees, over 600 of them, need to be pruned and shaped by hand several times a year to ensure the traditional shape you’ll want for your home. That’s why a Grange Farm Christmas Tree is as good as you can get: fresh, healthy, long-lived after cutting, and shaped exactly the way you expect. We have a selection of ‘pot grown’ Christmas trees available in pots with strong roots, so you can take them home and grow them on year after year.
